If a product is still under guarantee and you believe it is faulty as described under the terms of the guarantee then you should return it to the retailer from whom it was purchased.
If you have purchased an item from us then please return it to us with details of your name, address, order number and details of the fault. We will refund your reasonable return postage costs (up to the value of your original postage cost), so please also enclose a receipt for the postage. We reserve the right to return items to manufacturers for their expert opinion, so please allow 28 days from receipt for a return to be resolved. If items are found not to be faulty they may be returned to you at your cost.
